Cardio Kickboxing
Combines agility, coordination, self-defense, and strengthening for an exceptionally well-rounded workout. Taught by experienced martial arts instructors to ensure correct movement, classes include stretching and meditation for stress reduction and relaxation. Lite Kickboxing is recommended for those who are starting to exercise or restarting after a break. All ongoing wellness class participants receive wellness self-assessments, ongoing progress tracking, and a consultation with a nutrition expert and life coach.
Tai Chi Easy™ and Qigong
Taught in six week intervals, each session has a unique focus. Combining gentle movement, breathing, mediation, and self-massage, these classes will enhance vitality, promote relaxation, and build a strong body.
Whole Birth™ Prenatal Yoga
Using the style of Whole Birth™ Yoga, developed by Robin Sale, and based in part on the mindfulness technique of Jon Kabat-Zinn, this class is gentle, calming, and inspired. A typical class consists of yoga and meditation, followed by themed discussion. Emphasis is placed on practices which alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare for labor. Develop your strength and endurance while building meaningful relationships with other mothers-to-be.

babyQigong™
Gentle, effective, and rejuvenating work-out for mommy. Combining the meditative principles of Qigong - the Chinese relative of Yoga - with the strength of Pilates, and the endurance of kickboxing, this is an extraordinary, all-in-one workout that relaxes, strengthens, and stretches the body.
