The Healing Martial Arts™ (HMA) curriculum is inquiry driven and it integrates principles and practices of traditional Tae Kwon Do, healing Qigong, Positive Coaching, and transformation-based frameworks. The HMA curriculum is based on implicit assumptions of interconnectedness and wholeness, and it gives you a complete workout: physical, mental, spiritual, creative, social, and emotional.

Thank you Hiruko families and friends for helping us to raise over $5000 for Kidpower at our annual Power and Fun Under the Sun. Your support helps to ensure that people everywhere, to the best of their ability, learn how to use their own power to take charge of their emotional and physical safety and well-being.
